SHOUTOUT TO THE HOME TEAM

OUR LEADERSHIP

We believe in stewarding our God-given gifts well by using them to uplift, encourage, and build something greater than ourselves. Whether through acts of kindness, guidance, or simply showing up when it matters most, we are committed to serving with excellence—because to us, service isn’t just a duty, it’s a calling.

NEIGHBOR (volunteer)

Neighbors are individuals who engage with the church on a volunteer basis. They are invested in helping out in various areas, whether it’s assisting during services, events, or outreach. This stage represents those who want to make a difference but haven’t yet stepped into a committed role. They’re the hands and feet that help build the community.

FRIEND (volunteer lead)

Friends are volunteers who have taken a developmental step by guiding and mentoring others in the volunteer community. They lead teams, coordinate efforts, and offer support to those under their care. They demonstrate a deeper commitment to the church's mission and vision, making their role essential to sustaining a vibrant, well-organized community.

FAMILY (staff)

Family members are those who have transitioned from volunteer roles into staff positions, taking on leadership responsibilities within the church. As staff, they not only lead others but also help shape the strategic direction of the church. They are trusted individuals who embody the core values of the church and help create a culture of growth, collaboration, and deep spiritual impact.
